What if I have a character already at level 20?

It automatically counts towards the challenge. If you already have a character at level 20 in each game, then you automatically get a Hat Trick!
Simply click "Join the Event" to complete it and earn your rewards!

What is my prize again?

Why these three games?

These are our 'Action' games, so if you like one we think you might like the others. This is a great way to find out!

When will I learn if I've completed the Hat Trick?

We'll send you an email soon after you complete the requirements. Make sure your account's email address is correct!

How do I redeem the items in each game?

For Dragon Nest and Vindictus, prizes will be automatically distributed to your characters. See the next question for more information.
For Dungeon Fighter Online, you will need to visit the item redemption page and select a character to receive your prizes.

Which character will receive the rewards?

If you have more than one character above level 20, the highest level character will receive the items.

If you have multiple characters at the same level, the prizes will be distributed as follows:

• Dragon Nest: Your highest level character that was most recently played.
• Vindictus: Your highest level character that was created first.
• DFO: You can select a character by visiting the item redemption page.

I joined the event after January 15. Am I still eligible for the in-game rewards and Phase 2 prizes?

Yes! The event was extended and more prizes were unlocked. If you complete the Hat Trick by achieving level 20 in Dragon Nest, Vindictus and Dungeon Fighter Online before March 15, 2012, you will receive the item rewards in all three games. You will also have a chance to win the Alienware Aurora Desktop PCs and $50 Karma Koin cards.

Is Nexon really giving away a brand new BMW M3?

If 30,000 players get a Hat Trick by March 15, 2012, Phase 3 of the event will be unlocked and this grand prize will become available. Then, one lucky player will be selected on April 15, 2012 to win the BMW M3. Be sure to spread the word. This grand prize depends on you!

What happens if we don't move into Phase 3?

The event will end if we do not reach 30,000 Hat Tricks by March 15, 2012. If that happens, we will still select winners for the Alienware Aurora Desktop PCs and $50 Karma Koin cards.

If we move into Phase 3, how will the winner of the BMW M3 be selected?

How and when will the winners from Phase 1 and Phase 2 be announced?

Check the individual game sites for announcements about the winners of the Samsung Galaxy Tabs and $25 Karma Koin cards from Phase 1 of the event. Winners of the Alienware Aurora Desktop PCs and $50 Karma Koin cards from Phase 2 will be randomly selected on March 15, 2012. Check the individual game sites after March 15, 2012 to see who won!
